A person’s food that he consumes on a daily basis is called a diet. Based on once diet each individual or culture makes their own decisions regarding food which becomes habits. Diet is the daily amount of food that you take in whether good or bad results on your body.

Food for weight management or health reasons in other words the use of specific intake of food, explains the word diet. Some personal food tastes, culture and preferences will determine your diet. The best way to explain the word diet is by saying it is everything you put in your body.

Part of your diet should be the food that has the required mineral and vitamins, proteins and energy that is considered proper nutrition. One should included carbohydrates and fats for a well balanced diet. Influenced in a big way by your mortality, health and religion is your diet plan.

Diet plans of each individual country differ between native populations. Traditional diet plans and the quality thereof will be influenced by the season, availability and farming. People living inland on farming settlements will have less fish in their diet than people living in coastal towns.
